3. Own the full Application Lifecycle — deploy, monitor, optimize, retire — repeat when needed.
4. Modernize lifecycle tooling & processes ( automation where it saves time, not noise ).
5. Spot bottlenecks, streamline workflows — fix root causes, not just band-aids…
6. Draft & enforce SOPs so quality stays consistent even when teams change.
7. Set up QC checks, support audits; keep compliance matched to standards & business needs.
8. Work proactively with Internal Audit, Security, and Risk — “no surprises” culture.
9. Lead reviews & assessments; push corrective actions to closure ( not “pending forever” ).
10. Define & track KPIs for Performance Compliance Adherence and Governance maturity.

🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science / IT or related ( Master’s or MBA — nice plus ).
• 6–8 years in platform management / enterprise architecture / tech governance ( 8–12 also fits, if profile senior ).
• Hands-on ALM & roadmap delivery — beyond just slideware, actually shipped.
