📌 Key Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings, BOQs , and project specifications.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies , technical proposals , and competitive bids.
• Leverage networks with consultants , facility managers , and contractors for long-term alliances.
• Oversee projects and provide input from award to completion.
• Represent the company in meetings , negotiations , and networking events across the Eastern Province.

• Ability to read technical plans ; coordinate with engineers and consultants.
• Excellent English & Arabic communication for presentations and negotiations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools ( AutoCAD a plus ).
• Valid Saudi driving license & Iqama (mandatory); Transferable visa required.
