- Lead day – to – day site execution for construction & interior fit – out works
- Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, and materials for smooth progress
- Interpret drawings / BOQs and implement as per project requirements
- Ensure HSE Compliance, toolbox talks, and method statement Adherence
- Maintain quality control, snag lists, and timely Inspections
- Update daily reports, progress photos, and site documentation
- Support testing, Commissioning, and client / site engineer coordination

- 3–5+ years of proven UAE Experience in construction & interior fit – out supervision
- Strong site coordination, manpower management, and execution skills
