About the Role Now Assistant JOB
You’ll support our procurement department with day – to – day purchasing activities, making sure requests are processed correctly, suppliers are followed up on, and shipments arrive on time. You’ll also maintain accurate records and work closely with other departments to keep everything aligned .
Job & Responsibilities Assistant JOB
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on approvals
- Handle product registration and certificate issuance on the SABER platform
- Communicate with suppliers, request quotations, and track orders until delivery
- Enter purchasing data into the system and Excel, keeping records accurate and organised
- Monitor shipments to Ensure timely delivery and compliance with Requirements
- Coordinate with the finance team on Invoices and payments
- Assist in preparing regular reports on purchasing activities
- Support the General Manager with other assigned tasks
Requirements / Skills Needed The
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration , Accounting, or Related field
- 2 – 3 years of procurement Experience in Saudi Arabia ( mandatory )
- Hands – on Experience with SABER platform ( mandatory )
- Strong computer skills , Especially Excel
- Organised , detail – oriented , and capable of handling multiple tasks
- Fluent in Arabic and English ( Mandatory )
- Valid, transferable Iqama with at least 3 months’ validity ( Mandatory )
