Civil Estimation Engineer Job in Saudi Arabia is now open for experienced professionals who want to work on high-value construction projects across KSA. About the Job
This position supports pre-construction, tendering, and cost planning for projects across Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for preparing accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and commercial proposals based on approved drawings and Saudi regulations.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil works
- Create Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
- Perform quantity take-offs
- Review tender documents & drawings
- Update KSA material & labor rates
- Coordinate with suppliers & subcontractors
- Support tender & commercial proposals
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC)
- Include 15% VAT, overheads & margins
- Assist with cost control & budgeting
Required Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 3–7 years experience in civil estimation
- Saudi Arabia construction experience
- Knowledge of KSA rates, VAT & suppliers
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Experience in tendering & commercial evaluation
Preferred Skills
- Residential, Commercial, or Fit-out project experience
- Strong understanding of SBC
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Good analytical and communication skills
