actual kaam kya hoga (real site work)
- project start se handover tak complete responsibility
- planning schedules, manpower, materials… daily follow-up
- IFC drawings, shop drawings, method statements check karna
- engineers, procurement, subcontractors ke saath coordination
- cost control, manpower wastage control
- variation claims, quantity take-off, billing support
- HSE rules, client rules, saudi regulations follow karna
- site pe problem aaye toh wahi solve karna
- client & consultant meetings attend karna
ye role office chair pe baithne wala nahi hai,
site strong honi chahiye.
experience & qualification (honestly bol raha hoon)
- civil / structural / construction engineering degree
- 10–15 years heavy industrial construction experience
- strong experience in CCB, GIS, WTB, heavy foundations
- industrial buildings & structural steel work experience
- Saudi ya GCC experience ho toh best
- Primavera P6 / MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office
- Aramco / SABIC / SEC project exposure = big plus
- team handle karna aana chahiye
