About the Role

As a **Quantity Surveyor Job**, you will be responsible for **managing project costs** and working with **engineers** and **project managers** to ensure financial accuracy throughout the project. Your role will be vital in making sure the **budget** is adhered to and that costs are controlled effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and **Bills of Quantities (BOQs)**
• Reviewing **drawings** and **technical specifications** to assess project requirements
• Evaluating and managing **tenders** and **subcontractor quotations**
• Monitoring project **expenses** and working with internal teams for cost control
• Handling **variations**, **measurements**, and **final accounts**
• Coordinating with teams to ensure financial accuracy and smooth project execution

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a **Quantity Surveyor Job** in **Civil and MEP works**
• Good knowledge of **cost estimation**, **budgeting**, and **BOQs**
• Experience in **tender evaluation** and **contract administration**
• Currently residing in **Qatar**
• **Ready to join immediately**
