📌 Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Site Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Bahrain. The selected candidate will be responsible for the execution and supervision of both residential and commercial construction projects.

This is a full-time on-site position offering growth, learning, and stability in the fast-paced construction sector.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee Daily Site Activities:
   • Ensure work progress aligns with approved drawings, schedules, and project specifications.
2. Team & Contractor Coordination:
   • Liaise with site personnel, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless operations.
3. Project Reporting:
   • Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports to the project manager.
4. Quality & Safety Monitoring:
   • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and construction quality regulations.
5. Resource Management:
   • Assist in planning, scheduling, and allocating resources across various project phases.
6. Technical Problem-Solving:
   • Collaborate with engineering/design teams to resolve on-site technical issues efficiently.
7. Documentation & Meetings:
   • Participate in regular site meetings and maintain detailed documentation for each stage.

• Bahrain (Full-Time, On-Site)

📋 Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 3+ years of site supervision or construction management experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with project management software is a plus
