Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit tenders and quotations
• Format and check tender documents for accuracy
• Track tender deadlines and submissions
• Maintain records of tenders and correspondence
• Handle emails, filing, and office documentation
• Support data entry, reports, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams for tender information

Job Requirements

• Experience in tender and quotation preparation
• Female science graduates preferred
• 2–3 years in tender or administrative role
• Strong English communication
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email
• Good organization and time management
