- Be POC for 200+ FT/PT event staff; ensure on-time, cost-safe schedules.
- Maintain response SLAs for bars/clubs; update risked revenue weekly.
- Present BU financials at senior forums as required.
- Solution quotes & security plans; produce detailed proposals (timeline, budgets, staffing).
- Conduct venue risk assessments; uphold legal & security frameworks.
- Coordinate Legal/Commercial/ICT/Sales/Finance/Insurance for clean contracts.
🤝 Customer & Stakeholder Communication
- Prepare deployment documents; guarantee smooth TG/PT/sub-contractor deployments.
