🕘 Role & Schedule
- Full – time, on – site ( Saturday to Thursday, 9 :00 am – 5:00 pm)
- Start date : 1 October 2025 | Probation: 90 days
- Department : Finance & Accounts ( FMCG /Food )
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Keep accurate books to trial balance ; prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, cash flow
- Receivables : invoicing, SOAs, aging analysis, collections & dispute resolution
- Payables : 3 – way match, supplier reconciliations, weekly payment runs & planning
- Reconcile bank, petty cash & wallets ; track daily cash and forecast cash flow
- Expense management: policy compliance to audits
- Inventory & COGS checks (fresh, cut, RTE) with basic costing support
- Compliance: VAT returns, ZATCA e-invoicing, and WHT
- Payroll coordination with HR ; prepare WPS files; update GOSI
- Collect/organize data from production, sales, logistics; prepare audit files & schedules
🎯 Candidate Requirements
- 2–3 years’ accounting experience in KSA ( FMCG, food, or light manufacturing preferred )
- Strong knowledge of Tally and Excel
- Familiar with KSA VAT, ZATCA e-invoicing, WPS, and GOSI
- Comfortable in English & Arabic
- Degree in Accounting /Finance; SOCPA/CPA is a plus
- Transferable Iqama is a must
