Data Entry Job

We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented office assistant (female) to join our team.

This role involves handling data entry, supporting administrative functions, and ensuring smooth daily operations in the office. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and capable of communicating effectively in English.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and general office duties
  2. Enter and manage data accurately into databases and spreadsheets
  3. Maintain proper filing systems and update records as needed
  4. Draft, send, and respond to emails using Outlook
  5. Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating with departments, and other clerical tasks
  6. Provide support to management and staff with various documentation and reports
  7. Ensure a clean and organized office environment

 

Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Outlook
  2. Good written and spoken English communication skills
  3. Previous experience in a similar office or data entry role is preferred
  4. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
